How We Work

A simple, transparent process backed by the origin

From the first inquiry to container dispatch, here is the typical journey of a purchase.

  1. Initial inquiry

Tell us what product you need (beans or processed), approximate volume, and destination. No commitment.

  2. FOB quote

Receive an updated quote, indexed to the current cocoa reference on the New York Exchange (ICE), with price per ton and per container.

  3. Sample and technical data sheet

We arrange shipment of a physical sample along with the technical data sheet / certificate of analysis for the available batch.

  4. Contract and terms

Quantity, price, payment terms, and delivery timeline are formalized directly with the origin supplier.

  5. Production and quality control

The supplier manages production or processing, with the quality controls appropriate to the product.

  6. Export and logistics

The origin supplier handles the export process, customs documentation, and coordination with the shipping line up to the agreed FOB port (La Guaira).

  7. Follow-up through delivery

We track the shipment and remain available to resolve any concerns until the order reaches its destination.

Working Model

A commercial channel, not an additional intermediary

We act as authorized sales representatives for our network of origin suppliers. This means you negotiate with a trusted channel in English and Spanish, with knowledge of the international market, while production, export, and logistics remain directly in the hands of those who grow and process the cacao — with no additional layers of intermediation that would raise the product's cost.

Let's start with a no-obligation inquiry
